Budgello is a tool to record shared expenses, calculate who owes whom, generate links to settle in your own payment apps, and (optionally) plan trips with AI. Budgello does not hold, transfer, or process money, and is not a bank, payment provider, or financial advisor.
When you "settle up", Budgello records the payment and may open your payment app pre-filled. The actual transfer happens between you and the other person through that app — Budgello is not a party to it and isn't responsible for it. The recipient confirms receipt in-app.
Receipt scanning and the trip planner produce estimates and suggestions that may be inaccurate. Always review them before relying on them. Prices, availability, and itinerary details from the planner are not guarantees.
Some features may require a premium plan or pass, purchased via the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew per the store unless cancelled. Promo codes are subject to their stated limits.
We aim to keep Budgello running but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, Budgello and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts relating to payments made between users.
You may stop using Budgello at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
